This is obviously big news for those of us who have had to jump through dealer hoops to get anything done.Sep 12, 2021 · According to the Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 18-NA-355), flushing factory-used transmission fluid and swapping it for Mobil 1 Synthetic LV ATF HP fluid may improve the situation. If there is no noticeable improvement after transmission fluid flush, the torque converter could be glazed, especially if it was used with this issue for a long time. #18-NA-355 is the procedure that fixed my shudder issue.
